Natalie Vazquez

FIRM OPERATIONS & DEVELOPMENT

Natalie Vázquez serves in the firm’s Firm Operations & Development role, where she works with attorneys and staff to strengthen the systems, workflows, and standards that support clients throughout the life of a case.

Drawing on more than a decade of experience with Maier Gutierrez Wrongful Death Lawyers, Natalie helps identify practical opportunities to improve consistency, communication, training, and the client experience—from initial intake through litigation and trial preparation. She also assists with the evaluation and implementation of new technology and tools that help the firm work more effectively.

Natalie maintains a selective litigation caseload, allowing her to stay closely connected to the day-to-day work of the firm and apply real-world case experience to process improvement, staff development, and operational planning. Her experience includes employment, business, and personal injury matters, as well as work in the Eighth Judicial District Court and United States District Court of Nevada.

Natalie holds an associate degree in Applied Science in Paralegal Studies. Outside of the office, she enjoys art, Bruce Lee, and an eclectic range of music—from old-school hip-hop, soul, funk, and rhythm and blues to rock, electronic, Latin, jazz, and reggae. She is a devoted dog lover and hopes to one day visit Spain and Australia.
